ATTENTION:
Due to COVID-19, Shipping times have been extended from our usual 10-14 business days, to 10-21 business days. We do apologise for this inconvenience however it is taking much longer for items to arrive to us from our retailers as we get most of our shoes from overseas. There are also shipping delays with Australia Post so please be aware of this.
As our shoes are custom made to order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds so please make sure all sizes are correct before ordering.
Are these authentic Sneakers?
All of our shoes are 100% authentic. We buy all our shoes from authorized retailers.
Are all sizes of each shoe available?
At the moment, only the sizes listed is what is available. As all our shoes come from authorized retailers, we can only get what they have in stock. We update our website regularly so please check back or get in touch with us if there is a particular size/style that is not listed.
Can shoes be custom made to order?

How long will it take to get my shoes?
Each shoe is purchased in your size from online retailers and then embellished with the crystals. It takes a few hours to place each crystal one by one on the shoes therefore our Standard Shipping turnaround time is 14-18 business days from when you place your order. The turnaround time for Express Shipping is 12-15 business days. International shipping may take a little longer. Tracking is available with all orders.
Some styles which will be specified in the item description, will come direct from the USA. We are excited to offer this as these styles are not available in Australian retailers as yet. For these orders, please allow an extra 2-5 days on top of the above shipping times.
During peak times such as Christmas, as we get extremely busy, please allow an extra few days for your order.
Can I expedite my order?
You can select Express Shipping as an option at Checkout, however due to each shoe being ordered and custom made, please allow 10-14 business days for this shipping method- This does not apply for the styles coming from the USA. We do offer a rush fee of $20 if you need them much sooner. Please email us to organise.
Will the crystals fall off easily?
We use the best waterproof glue to stick on each crystal individually. The crystals should not fall off easily depending on what you are doing in your shoes. Over time with wear and tear one or two may fall off so with each order we send a little bag of replacement crystals.
Why do you only bling the outer 2 logos?
We don't routinely bling the inside logos on the shoes as we find they may not stay on as well. This is due to shoes possibly knocking or rubbing together.
We do have an additional option to add the inner logos.
How can I clean my Diamond Kicks?
Most of our styles can be washed in a washing machine in a gentle cycle in cold water only. We advise to wrap the shoes up in some towels so that the crystals don't knock Against the Machine.
We do advise to hand wash them if possible and are not responsible for damage during washing.
If you have a coloured Metallic finish crystal like AB Rainbow, rose gold or Charcoal, we advise to clean around the crystals as the crystals may go cloudy from the liquid.
What is your return policy?
Due to each shoe being customized for your order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturer fault. If you have any questions about sizing or styles, please contact us before ordering. Changes to your order can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order on full prices items only. If the order was placed with Afterpay/ Zippay, that order is final and cannot be cancelled.
Warranty
If a crystal falls off the outer logos within 3 months of receiving your order, we will fix it for you at no cost. You will need to ship these to us.
Even though we use the same method and glue on the inner ticks, as they are more easily knocked on the inner side of the shoe, we cannot guarantee they will stay as long, so the warranty for the inner ticks is 1 month.
What is your payment policy?
All payments are authorised through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this method. If the shoe is not available after placing an order, we will contact you and refund your full payment.
We offer Lay-by on all orders. We do require an initial deposit of 50% so we can order your shoe in. The remainder of the payment can be made over 1 or 2 months. This is set up through Paypal and payment is automatically deducted from the buyer's account. Please see Lay-By Information page for full T&Cs.
If you have paid through Lay-buy and you fail to make payments and/or decide to cancel the order mid payments, your downpayment will be forfeited.
We also offer Afterpay and Zippay on all orders allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. After you check out, the shoes will be shipped to you within a few weeks as if you paid in full. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay/ Zippay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise we will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.
What's the difference between Lay-By and Afterpay/Zippay?
Both methods of payment are paid over a 2 month period, however with Lay-by there is no credit contracts and/or late fees. You will receive your shoes at the end once full payment has been made. This is also great if you do not need the shoes straight away (ie. Birthday/Christmas Gift).
Afterpay and Zippay allow you to receive your shoes as normal (Wear Now, Pay Later) rather than wait until the end and you don't get charged any interest unless there are insufficient funds at the time of each installment. Please see Afterpay/Zippay information page for full T&Cs.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Each country may have its own taxes and duty charges. These charges are responsibility of the customer.
