Shipping/Returns/Payment Policy

Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shoes are sent out within 10-14 business days from purchase (unless the selected styles are coming from the USA- please allow an extra 2-5 days for these styles).

Express shipping takes 1-2 business days after the item is shipped, and standard shipping is 3-5 days within Australia.

International Shipping is available too and we have several options for shipping at checkout. Economy Air is the cheapest and DOES NOT include tracking. If you would like tracking, please choose STANDARD or EXPRESS shipping for international orders.

Returns

Due to each shoe being customized for your order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturer fault. If you have any questions about sizing or styles, please contact us before ordering.

Cancel Order 

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from placing the order. This is due to us ordering the shoe in for you. In some instances we may allow cancellations after this date but fees may apply to cover costs of returning the shoes back to the retailer. Please email us for more information. 

Payments

All payments will be manually authorized through PayPal. The reason we are not setting up automatic payments is to ensure we can get your size in the style you want. Once we can guarantee we can obtain your shoe we will manually authorize the payment. This means your credit/debit card might not be charged straight away. You will be notified when your payment has been authorized.
